1) How good is he with a gun? Because even a well trained blind man can shoot at a direction a won't miss.
2) Was the girlfriend coming out of the bathroom when he shot?This could mean her body frame covered a greater portion of the door which would explain why all bullets hit her.
3) Was she backing the door to prevent his entry? or Was she facing the door to prevent his entry? or Was she sitting on the toilet when she was hit by bullets? Ballistics will come to play here so they can determine the point of penetration of bullets into her body.
4) What would autopsy say about her adrenaline? Was she in a state of fear or was she in a relax mood?
If you can answer these questions now, then u actually find him guilty. But from the way i see the case with events unfolding, he may very well walk away free.
