3. A healthy person can drink about three gallons (48 cups) of water per day.

15. Of all the water on the earth, humans can used only about three tenths of a percent of this water. Such usable water is found in groundwater aquifers, rivers, and freshwater lakes.
16. There are two kinds of water; salt water and freshwater. Salt water contains great amounts of salt, whereas freshwater has a dissolved salt concentration of less than 1%. Only freshwater can be applied as drinking water
17. Water is the only substance that is found naturally on earth in three forms: liquid, gas, solid.
18. Frozen water is 9% lighter than water, which is why ice floats on water.
19. By the time a person feels thirsty, his or her body has lost over 1 percent of its total water amount.

Before March 2007, I was a coke addict. Coke as in Coke, Fanta, Sprite etc. Not the other coke o lol. I couldn't go a day without taking at least 3 bottles of any brand of soft drink until a friend gave me a book on water. My life has completely changed. Now I take at least two bottles a day lol.

But seriously water is great for our body. I listed only 10, but there are a million and one reasons to why we should all drink alot of water. I have definitely increased my water intake. And I'm also trying very hard to stop reduce my sugar intake. There are so many reasons why too much sugar isn't good for our body.

You have any water experience, advice, more reasons to drink water, etc please do share it with us
